Me and my husband woke up this morning, and we usually get a bark from our chihuahua.. this time she came around the corner barking, and some how hit her head on the wall, then tipped over on her left, and was shaking badly and peed everywhere.... i freaked out! Didnt know what to do... ran to the computer and as i was typing dog siezures to see if i could do anything, she stood up and wagged her tail and was acting normal.

=/ did she have a siezure?? what can i do next time?

That does sounds like a seizure. Maybe she was sleepy and startled herself past her seizure threshold by banging her head? Just a guess. I would take her into the vet and let them rule out reasons she could have seizures besides idiopathic ones. Some things that might help are not startling her when she is asleep and keeping her bloodsugar level by feeding smaller meals more often. She should stay away from the common drugs flagy(stomach) and acepromazine(sedative). Some people suspect pine -based cleaners like pinesol somehow lower seizure thresholds(?).

Shes been acting totally fine all day!! Ive been feeding her 1 time a day for the past 6 months, because if i try for 3 times, she doesnt eat the food at all! but she'll eat her whole "One" bowl a day in the morning.. So im trying to 2, i do give her treats through out the day......i gave her a second bowl at 4pm and she ate a few bites out of it.. but not alot.
She used to get hyperglycemic when she was a puppy, but hasnt had any episodes in a long time.
