nipping and jumping problems

My Gracie is almost 9months old, I have had her since she was 10weeks old. She caught on really quick with all the normal commands (sit, shake, down, etc). I have not been able to break her of mouthing or jumping. When we go for a walk she bites the leash and wants to fight me and jump on me. She goes after my feet, for someone just watching us im sure its very funny, but to me it is very frustrating. When we are in the house and she is in a "playful" mood, I cant walk near her without her going after my ankles.

Does anyone have any advise for me? I am willing to try almost anything. She is super smart and knows when i am upset with her. I dont like being that way. I cant have people over unless she is put up because she jumps and wants to play bit. either way it is annoying to my guest.

Any advise would be appriciated.

Thank you,

Gracies Mom
