Female puppy with pimple on belly, help?

My female puppy is 3 1/2 months old. Just today I noticed a big pimple looking thing right above her private area. It is kind of a hard lump under the skin as well. Is this a pimple or something more serious? Anyone else seen anything like this before, I am not sure what to do about it.

Thanks

MAybe nothing, but you probably should see a vet. Could be an infected tick bite. Also, if it gets a ring around it & looks like a bulls eye, it could be lyme disease. How is she acting? Some puppies also get a puppy acne, it is usually on the chin & lip area but can be on the stomach. For now I would keep it clean. Maybe a little peroxide on a cotton ball. Does she have any bumps around the lips or chin?
Maybe someone else has seen this & can advise. I have heard puppy acne is from immature immune systems & may be worse if they eat & drink from a plastic bowl.

It's puppy acne, pretty common and should go away on it's own. If there are more and they aren't clearing on their own you could see the vet, but I wouldn't rush in just for this.
