So proud of Shelley

I'm so proud of Shelley today she was a good girl listening to every word i told her. Her pulling seems to be dying down now, Shes gotten that good that my 6 year old niece was able to work her home from our walk without a fuss. Shelley was pretty tired to wear her out i took my dogs for 2 walks today. One walk to the river where they had a blust swimming and runing around for an hour, Then our second walk to the oval for some playing and runing after a toy. While at the oval a couple of dogs came runing over my dogs didn't see them coming neither did i till they were right at my dogs. They sniffed one another then continued on. When theres other dogs around Shelley normally doesn't listen to well, I mostly have to go and grabed her to keep walking but today i only had to call her name twice then she came runing. I give my dogs 3 chances to listen if they don't lead gets attached for 5 minutes. There 3 chances isn't very long like 2 seconds apart. Shes learning more with what she can and can't do with Einstein alot better too. Cause shes learning this Einstein now plays a bit more with her. People in the street say my goldens look great, Then continue saying that i must walk them alot as there fit and healthy, Then they start asking how do i make my 2 look so good. I just tell them my 2 have mainly swimming exercise with some runing on top. They get feed coprice, raw meat and bones with an raw egg once a week. I try and brush them every second day depending how busy i am, If i'm busy they get done once a week. I've had some people wish that there dogs were like my 2, Specially my neighbour. They all want to know my secert i tell them the truth i spend quailty time with them daily playing, patting, training, cuddling etc.

I've been watching on what i'm doing and seeing, I've found out something with Shelley. When she has the halit/gentle head leader on she will not listen i tell her to sit she won't no matter what. This is the werid bit but when the leash is attched to just her collar and you tell her to sit she will. My observation is that Shelley is to distracted trying to get the gentle head leader off which is causing her to lose concentration on me. Thankfully she has learnt what is needed of the gentle leader so i began using her flat collar which is turning out great. I've been using her flat collar now for a week now and her training is coming along great. Sorry for the long post i can't help but brag about my dogs.
