Honestly - I wouldn't bomb. If you had a flea problem in the house it will take about 6 weeks to totally be gone. Keep all pets on their flea preventatives, vacuum the entire house daily and empty bag/canister right away. Because of the life cycle there's no way to get them all in one shot. The 2 or 3 you're seeing likely have just hatched and will be killed from the Advantix on your pet. Vacuuming lots is a good way to promote the hatching (which you want so they get to your pet, get the flea meds on them and then get killed).
Edited to add: we had a flea problem in our home several years ago because although we were treating the dog, we weren't putting a preventative on our indoor cat. Because no preventative kills them instantly, the dog would bring a stray flea home and they'd feast on the cat. It took several weeks of vacuuming, lots of flea preventative, also we found bathing the pets with Dawn dish soap (the original blue kind) killed any on the pet. We did use a spray in hard to get to areas and a flea powder to vacuum up, but I'm not sure that did much more than the actual vacuuming did.
