From my observations in obedience classes, many dogs in general, not just goldens, struggle with leave it.

I agree that TDInt'l doesnt go far enough...wish they went further.
I like the way TDInc. has someone shadow you for a period of time.

It depends on who is giving the test.

This is through a local group that does assisted animal therapy. I've been in contact with TDI also but this group supplies the obedience training if they pass the screening test which is just temperment testing. It definitely sounds like every place is different.
