Marshall's First Roadtrip

I'm taking my 10-year-old golden to CO for the summer and am wondering how best to transport him in the car. He's been on short rides before but never a two day drive. My two nieces are going as well and will keep him calm; what kind of harness should I buy that will belt him in, also are there good covers for the back seat so the leather won't get scratched?

I'm excited but a little nervous because I want him to enjoy the ride and love CO.

Welcome to the Forum

I have traveled with my Seniors before, they did very well actually, slept a lot of the trip.
We stopped every 4-6 hours to let them out to go potty, walk around a little bit and give them some water.

4Knines makes some very good seat cover products, they have a website and their products are also available on Amazon.
