65 degrees here means me stripping down to a tshirt and shorts and SANDALS (yay!) and taking my two guys out for swimming - for the FIRST TIME THIS YEAR!
Where we stand here in Michigan, global warming (ie spring) has been a long time coming. We've had nonstop cold since August last year! Dogs got to go swimming a little bit last fall, but it quickly got too cold and all the area lakes have been iced over ALL WINTER.
Anyway. Jovi absolutely loved swimming. No struggles at all out there in the water. Only hesitation was him keeping an eye on me and frequently coming back out of the water to check on me before running back out into the water.

Ok I had to laugh at this, here on the NC Coast we consider anything below 70 as being cold, but then again I am used to triple digit temps. The water temps are only in the 50s right now. I haven't seen any dolphins yet, but it's early.
I'm still wearing jeans, a sweatshirt, shoes and socks, we only made it to 64 today.
We are going up to the lake house this weekend...supposed to be in the mid 60s in upstate New York...hoping Denver will have a positive introduction to the water!!
