with everyone on the board! Well, not really share-share, more like "show it to everyone so they can all see what I have". He's pretty happy with his new toy and I'm hoping it holds up as well as the other ones I've bought from this company.

"It's hard to swing and shake such a big toy!"

"Die octopus man DIE!!"

"I think I killed it..."

"What does mom mean, 'we have the same expression'?"

"MOM! Stop throwing octopus in the snowbank!"

"It's not funny anymore!"

"I love my octopus SO much!!"

"We're going to be best buddies forever"

"Until I succeed in killing you, of course."

"But until then, I'll carry you around with me everywhere I go."

I love your new toy Ranger!! I saw those things at the store and considered buying the guys one but I decided against it because I'm sure it would not have survived the wrath of the Linc boy!!

Love the "same expression" picture!!!

My Maddie had the identical octopus toy. She loved all those toys made by that manufacturer. They all survived her destruction! I highly recommend them. They are foolproof.

Hmmmm.....maybe I'll have to try one then. We'll see if it passes the Linc test.....

This is Ranger's third toy from this company. He's got the small ring, and the two rings on each end thing and both have held up well - especially the small ring. That's taken a lot of damage and is only just showing wear now (after more than a year).

Abby - I know that look! Ranger does it all the time with his ring toy, except it's small enough that it covers his eyes and he bumps into things then gets mad at his toy!

Oh I'm so familiar with that!

Looks like a great toy. I may have to find one of those for Rookie.

Yep, that's the brand name! It's ranked a 7 on the tuffie scale and his other toys have been 9s...hopefully this lasts. I can say so far after 6 hours of hard chewing, wrestling, throwing and tugging - there's not a scratch on it! It's one of the three stuffies that I'm not constantly staring at Ranger to make sure he hasn't chewed out a squeaker or de-stuffed. He's still chewing on it...

It's been snowing here non-stop since Monday night! Roads are awful but Ranger is loving it! Except when he walks off the deck and falls into a snowbank.

Good to know! We only have 9's too.. and that's the only reason I haven't gotten the octopus yet.

Love the captions!

I feel for you with all that snow already. I'm listening to a feed of CBC radio from Calgary right now (time shifting) and the news said it's minus-19. That's just not fair for November.

That is one great toy! And great pictures. I always love your captions! They never fail to make me laugh. And his eyes are in perfect sync with your captions!
I am still in awe of all that snow! I loved the picture where they both have the same expression.
That is just the kind of big toy Katie would love too! I haven't seen them at the stores here, yet!

Ranger always has the best toys!

Just had to update this for anyone thinking of buying this toy:

It's been 2 full days and this toy has seen a TON of wear and tear. Blue was over and it was (of course) the object of much attention and lots of games of tug o' war were played with it. Including Blue literally dragging Ranger across the hardwood floor with it! Also, it turns out that not only do the legs each have squeakers - i knew that - but the body makes a grunting noise when it's bitten down on!

So, after 2 days and a TON of play, the only damage so far has been one squeaker punctured and the little piece of fabric on the top of the head (used to hang it at the pet store) is gone. That's it! It's still in great condition with all seams intact and no stuffing has been ruptured! Definitely worth the money!
