A year ago last Friday, our lives were turned upside down by 2 beautiful golden retriever puppies. Now they are all grown up on the outside, still all puppy on the inside though. I have attached a picture of each in the beginning and then just last Friday.

Two goldens at once was the best decision. When we go to school, my hubby handles Ted and I handle Izzy. We switch dogs occationally and both dogs are fine with it. Ted does need to know where Izzy is at all times. He is a fuss budget when it comes to his family. When we crate our 4 babies, he is always the last one to go into his house. He watches to be sure all are safely in their perspective houses. He is way too funny when it comes to his family. Sometimes Izzy just does not want to come inside, so he runs out and retrievers her, literally. He grabs her collar and pulls her in.

If I were alone, I would only get one golden, but my hubby is great help. Two was the way to go for us.

Wow, time does fly doesn't it? They are beautiful! I remember when you got them because I had just gotten Biscuit a month earlier and I also had Jack who is only 4 mo older than Biscuit. I was thinking not too long ago about how different this winter is from last winter now that both boys are grown up.

Yes these two are litter mates. It is amazing how different these two are. One of our friends have a litter mate as well and we have fun comparing their personalities.

As some of you know, Ted and Isabella are on the track of becoming therapy dogs. During the winter months we have been lazing around the house. When the weather breaks we will be back to training. Our trainer is excited about getting back into the swing of things too. We are working with the dogs inside the house, but it is not the same as being outside.

I am glad to see so many new people and all the new pictures. Welcome to all.
