I always use the little photo sign above^
When you are creating a post, scroll down below the main dialog box. There is a button named Manage Attachments. That allows you to actually upload the photo to the forum.

I need practice too ... but I don't like this one as well as the one I trimmed The one I want to use I trimmed just a little ... why can't we trim?
