Golden ate small foam ball

Hello,

Our golden ate a piece of small foam ball from her pool toy (all told about a 1/4 the size of a tennis ball). It was sitting out in the ground from the rain i guess and she chewed it up when she went out this morning. This only happened less than an hour ago so too early to tell if any symptoms of anything. I tend to think she will be fine, but i'm worried since I've never seen her eat one of those before. Is this something to be panicked about? What should I keep an eye out for? If she can eat something and hold it down, is it safe to assume there is no blockage?

She's 6 years old and weighs about 54 pounds

I would call your Vet clinic, they will advise you what to do.
