Do you give your dogs probiotics???

Do you give your dogs probiotics to help with a condition they already have or do you do this as a preventative against disease/sickness? If you do, what do you give them?

Bear doesn't have any condition, but I do give him 1 heaping tablespoon of yogurt every 2-4 days.

I do it to just promote a healthy bacteria level in his digestive tract.

The dog food that I feed my dogs has probiotics already in it.

I've never given Chance, Lucy or Savanah probiotics, (except for yogurt on occasion), but when I had my Danes they got it every single day. I used this product:

FASTRACK PROBIOTICS FOR DOGS

I sometimes give Sydney yogurt, but not daily. And when she's sick, I give her FortiFlora to speed up the poops ending.

Question: Is greek yogurt enough compared to a pill/powder?

Every dog, every day. Have for many years, and I use Nature's Farmacy Digestive Enzymes. Always will...

Yep! I use Geneflora. My dogs eat raw, so I have to add probiotics to their food. I do one heaping scoop (it comes with a TINY scoop) of Geneflora on their breakfast every day (among the various other supplements I give!)

Probiotics give Tito loose poop. That shocked me. I've told a couple of vets, both of whom said it's unusual but you do sometimes see that.
