Hello Everyone,

I have a prayer request. It's for a little girl named Layla Grace. She is only 2 years old and is dieing from Neuroblastoma cancer. This is one of the most commen cancer in children specfically infants. On Febuary 28th, 2010 the doctors told her family she had only only 2 weeks left to live.

As of right now they are just trying to keep Layla comfortable and the doctors are amazed she has held on for this long.

I do not know this family at all, but when I heard about her it made me cry. I lost my grandfather to cancer in September of 2008 and that was so hard so I know where there coming from with this whole thing. I hope that in the coming days/weeks/months you will be in prayer with me and so many other people for Layla Grace and her family!

The update tonight from Layla's parent's was that she has been sleeping all day, she was weaker today, wasn't interested in ice chips and cried when they tried to hold her today, however when she was asleep she was very peaceful.

Losing a child has to be the worst thing that can ever happen. My deepest sympathies to her and her family.

Another update... Layla woke up a few times last night, she is very weak and can no longer sit up on her own and is refusing any water or ice chips.

An update about today... Layla hasnèt woken up at all today, she slept through diar and clothes changes, and books being read to her.
I know no one has asked, but yes Layla is int he hospital she has been there since she got really bad around the 1st I think it was. Also along with prayign for Layla and her parents she also has two older sister (9 and 3 years old). They are stayign with there grandmother right now and have been away from there parents and Layla since she went into the hospital. So please keep the girls in your prayers as I know it's got to be hard on them too!

What an awful thing for one so young, and for her family, too. I hope they can find some comfort during this terrible ordeal.
