I'll never forget the day he passed. He was so resilient, that I really thought he would keep beating the odds, so even though we knew his time was near, it was still unbelievable.

I always say he was "the heart" of this forum. He made us laugh, he made us cry, and he shared with us his knowledge.

I too still have a good morning sunshine message in my inbox and he is still listed as my friends. Every once in a while I will be reading an old thread, and a post from him will show up - it always makes me smile.

Hugs to you and Tyler, Cindy. I am so glad that you have stayed in touch with us through GRF and Facebook.

Miss my friend. It is hard to believe that it is 3 years. He was the funniest and wisest guy. I still remember talking to him the first time on another forum when my Beau had his first seizure. He helped me to stay calm and was always online when I needed him most. Bama is such a gift to my family and is the best personality and I like to think a big part of that is because of Hooch. Thanks Hooch for being a great friend and letting me get one of your pups.

I still think of Hooch often, too.

I remember long nights of staying up and talking to him.

I also remember calling him a couple of times to sing him an annoying song to make him laugh (there was a video I used to post in his threads all the time just to annoy him haha).

We always teased eachother. GRF lost a great man and a great friend.
