| She got her porta-cath (central line) taken out today (out patient surgery). It went a TON better than expected. She was terrified with the thought of surgery. She was such a brave kid!!! Update on caringbridge. I talked about how I'm seeing "Old Audrey," which is more than I could ever have hoped. There are still some behaviors that are new to her but it's a start. We are SO blessed!!! I cannot tell you how happy I am about where we are right now. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. I am forever grateful!

| That's so wonderful! I hope she's back to her old self very soon. With the recent outpatient surgery, will she be able to return to school next week?

Thank you to every one of you for your undying support. *That* is what kept me going, and I certainly did have some VERY low points. Right before her 2nd MRI was one of them. That morning the doctor let the word 'surgery' slip into rounds and that hit me hard. Thank you so much for being there and writing your messages. I know I am not a very active member here, but that didn't matter to you. Thank you for that.
