 It's not official yet, but... I have just completed the home check part of the adoption process for a senior golden retriever! Her name is currently Duchess, but I'm thinking of changing it to Mollie. She is ten years old, and hard of hearing. She doesn't regularly respond to Duchess, so I don't think it'll be a big problem. Anyway, I can't wait for her to officially join the family!  Our yorkie loves her already! We fostered her for a night because her current foster mommy had a lot going on. We fell in love and now we can't imagine life without her! She needs a loving home where she's accepted for her age and flaws. I can't wait to be just what she needs.      |

| I'm assuming that is a picture of the sweet girl in question and if so, she doesn't look like she has many flaws. Congratulations and good luck with your new girl. She is a beauty.

| Congratulations! that's really amazing, I am sure she will be so happy with you. Golden Oldies are the best! Our boy is 13 this year and still as adorable as a puppy. Please keep updating us on your progress it's really great what your doing.

| Everything is official, I just have to fill out final paperwork. But Mollie should be coming home either this afternoon or tomorrow! I am taking her shopping for her crate and food and bowls and all those other fun things we get to buy for our newest addition! Doggie shopping is the best |
