![]() I like Lee, he seems like a good guy. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of information about him and his breeding before I got Kobe, so I just went with instinct! I couldn't find any negatives either, so I guess it's a plus right? Sometimes Kobe is a little too rough (sometimes aggressive) for a golden and gets me wondering if it has to do with poor breeding but I haven't found any correlation for sure, so I just keep doing my best with him. He's a great dog, just going through teen phase and very stubborn, hopefully it will pass sooner than later. Can't wait till they're able to meet and play! | Welcome! ![]() Brandi is adorable. I could grab her and cuddle her right now... ![]() Sounds like you're doing really well with her. Be sure to check out the puppy pages, old posts, etc. do a lot of searching and you'll find just about everything you'll want to know. One thing I would advise is to wait at least a month before switching her food. Most breeders recommend keeping puppies on the same food for a few weeks until they are settled in their new homes. Otherwise it's a lot of change to throw at a baby. Be sure to make the change gradually, over a period of time. Good luck! Hope you'll keep posting pix of your little girl. |

| Welcome to the forum, I'm a sucker for the darker colored pups! I'd caution against changing food in a young pup--with all of the changes going on, I find it subjects the pup to diarrhea even when doing a slow food change. If you're interested in learning more about your breeder, there has been a thread on this forum that discussed him, not sure if the OP went the breeder or not. |
