I have been up late reading your seniors forum, and decided to join the conversation.

My Pal is 9.5 years old, but most days he seems a lot older. He's generally in good spirits, for a guy who's been overcoming obstacles all his life. (his full name, Palani, means just that!)

My boy was born missing a leg. Well, most of a leg. He has one tiny paw, with tiny little toenails sticking out one end. He can put weight on it, but he's pretty lopsided when he does!

With eye problems, ear problems, skin problems, allergies and a really low back, people wonder why I forget all about his little paw.

Hello. Welcome to the forum. Pal sounds as if he has indeed had a lot of obstacles to overcome. I am sure you will be able to share some great stories about this courageous boy.

Welcome! We'd love to see pics of Pal. He likes like a real trooper with everything he's got going on. He's very very lucky to have found you.
