| Hey Everyone Hi folks, just wanted to do a small "Hello" to everyone here. I've been registered for a while, but until recently hadn't commented on anything. Now that I have, I felt I should post a little greeting to everyone. My wife and I have a beautiful 3 and a half year old Goldie named Riley. She's a great dog, just loves everybody and is a sweet animal to be around. She recently started limping on one back leg, and that led me back here to see what others had experienced. I found that great thread on Arthritis, and we think we're going to start her on the Cosequin after she gets her X-Rays over the weekend. Thanks for everyone who helps make this a great resource for owners.      |

| Hey everyone, thanks for the warm welcome. Riley had some X-Rays over the weekend, and the news is overall very good. Her hips are "Fair", spine is straight, and no knee issues were found. The doctor thought he felt some looseness is her right rear tendon, so we're continuing her Rimadyl for another week and seeing how she does. | Welcome, it's lovely to have you here. Riley is a lovely girl. Fabulous news re the X-rays, you must be relieved, the results could have been so different! join in where and when you can or just read what interests you, it's a great place to be and there's always an answer to everything somewhere
