Computer/Firefox question

Not sure if this is the place for my question, but here goes anyway. I've been using Firefox on my work computer to log in. Had to send the computer in for repair (must have been a couple of months ago) and was using a different computer (using Explorer). Just got my regular computer up and running again but now when I try to get on this site from Firefox, the site pops up briefly then then it starts "thinking" (it says "Waiting for www.google-analytics.com...") and the screen main window is blank. I am no computer person, does anyone have any ideas of what I'm doing wrong??? BTW I am able to get on just fine using Explorer (but have issues with another site using Explorer, that's why I started using Firefox in the first place).

Did the repair place do something that caused that? I'd ask them. You may need to take Firefox off and reload it.

They didn't do anything to the internet that I know of. They were working on our clinic software. I've seen the google-analytics on my home computer too (Explorer) but it doesn't hang up on it.

I do not have or ever used Firefox but others with Firefox have run into this issue on various web sites. I have read that some suggesting to make sure you have all your computer updates done including Java and Flash.

Also I read this suggestion on Firefox support page about an ad-on that may help.

Hmmm...I just updated Flash today, I'll look into Java and do a bit more research on the google analytics thing.
