How to add a reply in the member photo section

It worked once, but I tried to leave a reply on the member's photos (on 'their site) now different times, different members and it just does not come through. It always tells me that my message is not complete or too short (but believe me, I filled out everything I can inclusive the rating and it does not work).

Is this may be a general problem at this moment?

Any help?

Some questions for you. Are you trying to post in the quick reply section or under the post reply? What web browser are you using?

I tried to post under the member's profile - clicking on a picture of a member and then I tried actually both:
Post reply and/or quick reply (more often I tried post reply) but both options seem not to work for me.

I am working with a mac and my web browser is safari.

I did some replies successfully a couple months ago or so...
