This is Day 3 of the problem - and I'm wondering if others are having the same trouble. When I try to get on the site, I might or might not - more often, I get a blank white page. If I hit refresh, nothing happens. Or I might get on for a minute or two, but then when I try to open another thread, I get the white page. Again, refreshing doesn't work. I'm not having any troubles with any other sites. I finally tried the full view today, and it is fine. So the issue is with the classic view.

I spoke to soon. Am having ridiculous problems in Full View today. Freezing, getting messages that GRF is not responding because of long-running script, more freezing, message that GRF is not responding, recover webpage. What a pain. I'm not having issues with any other websites. Am I really the only have having all these issues? :frown2:

I couldn't get in for the last three or four days until just a while ago. When I tried, the page would quickly disappear. I didn't even get any messages that the site wasn't responding, just a total freeze out. Very frustrating.

Hi everyone,

When you come across these issues, can you please let us know what browser you're using and if it's on a computer or a mobile device? I know for a fact that over the past few days, our site has been having issues with Internet Explorer.

I am using Internet Explorer on my laptop. Still lots of freezing today, long running script pop-ups, and when I first tried to reply to this thread, my screen went black. That was a new one. As bad in full view as in classic.

I'm on computer using Internet Explorer. Haven't had a problem since I signed in yesterday. I'm on classic view.

Is this problem being addressed at all? It is still happening - more in Full View now than Classic View. Freezing, not responding due to long script, pages going blank. It's clearly not just me having the problem.

Hi there,

I'm going to ping our tech team to look into this again. A quick note on Internet Explorer: We've been encouraging users on our other sites to download a more up to date browser that has support such as Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Microsoft has stopped updating Internet Explorer and is either winding down support for it or it has already stopped supporting it.

I honestly did not know that. How did I miss that???

Thanks for the info!! I have just always used it because it came installed on my laptop! I'll switch.

PS The site has been suddenly running better today on IE. Go figure.
