Lanky golden

Lucy has always been a small female, now she is 1 yr. she seems so lanky like in the flanks, is this normal, I give her Fromm fish which has less cal. then what she was on. I give her more fromm plus xtra's fruits and veggies, I am going to start her on frmm Duck, it has more calories just wanted to know if anyone has that happen.

They do go through growth stages where are long and lanky, she will probably fill out more by the time she is closer to 2 years old. Be careful how many calories you add, you don't want her to be overweight.

Thanks Mylissy, your right don't want her over weight, she is my 3rd golden and all have been quite thin, It is just hard to remember when my other 2 were a year, just want to make sure she is getting enough nutrients to grow. I think she may stay small which is quite fine with me.
