groaning when lays down

Hi
Has anyone got advise, my goldie groans when she is just about to lay down (chest to floor) and is doing it more often now and just a minute ago I was playing with her and she was laying down on her side and when she lifted her head to play with me she groaned.

She is in 13 days into her season otherwise everything else seems normal

Any ideas

Thanks Tracey

Oakly lets out a low moan when he lies down or has to get up. I don't think it is anything unusual.

I'm glad you said that. I groan when I get up also.

Do you suppose it is a learned response from their owners?

My two both do alot of groaning. Cooper will groan when he's scratching his ear. It's almost like an "oh that feels so good" groan. I think groany noises are quite common.
