Yeah...I'm actually sorry I got involved here. I just don't think the trainer should have accepted the money. Other than that, it really doesn't matter to me.

PS: I paid the $100 at the checkout towards his training classes. I am pretty sure he wouldn't have taken it if I paid him directly. I did ask and was told that he (the trainer) gets those funds.

I was back at this petsmart picking up some stuff for my fish tank. The trainer was now squeeking toys in the dogs faces and screaming at them to leave it. Would encourage the dog to grab the toy then scream/yell for him/her to leave it.

So sad

I recently spoke with someone at Petsmart here who told me that the those who had taken the training, including the manager, didn't believe in positive reinforcement and were opting to go against their certification. So definitely report that to more than the manager as the manager may be part of the problem.
