Review: Jumbo Antler Chunks From Michigan Antler Art (Photos)

This was my second order from Michigan Antler Art. About two months ago, I ordered three antlers. Bella still has one that she has barely touched. She likes to be able to get at the marrow, but most of the split chews are too thin for my liking. I don't want her bearing down on them too much.

I decided to give the Jumbo Kennel Chunks a try. I went with the medium core, because I think she's likely to chew on them more often if she feels like she's accomplishing something. She's been working on these for 3 hours now.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Michigan Antler Art. I placed the order last Thursday evening, and received the package today.

The images below contain 2 lbs. of antler chunks for $29.95 with free shipping. The pictures don't do it justice. The pieces are huge. I suspect you'd need at least $75 at Petco for the same thing.

One has a hair on it! Send it back!
Those are big. I will defiantly order from them. I paid $20 for 1 at Petsmart for Christmas. I wanted to make sure he liked it. Plus I like to support my state, Michigan.

Petco doesn't have anything like that to my knowledge! Thanks to the webpage!

They all have hair on them, because she's been chewing for 3 hours on the hairy rug. LOL

I bought an antler at Petco that was smaller than any of the larger 3 for 19.95, and she never chews it. She likes the splits better.

I recently ordered from them too. Ordered on the 2nd and it arrived on the 5th. I got the 10-12 inch deer antler (Molly prefers softer too).. It's huge! She loves it.

You'd probably get better service if you order nicely.

Sorry, couldn't resist

The first time, I ordered the Variety Pack, which includes a large hard core, a large medium core, and a large hard core split antler (much different than the chunks you see above) for $33.99.

She finished off the split in about two weeks. I ended up using my jigsaw to split the medium core antler and let her chew on those for a few weeks, but the pieces were too thin after splitting it. She was bearing down on the pieces too much for my comfort. I eventually put them away. The one that she still has is the large hard core. She still chews on a it a little bit on most days, but she can hardly make a dent in it.

This is a much better deal than the Variety Pack, IMO.
