Honey has something like that. I had it tested and it was nothing. But I would get it looked at when you go to vet and also watch it to see if it changes .

My boy Duke has one on his head, vet said it was harmless.

Chance has one on his booty right by the base of his tail...vet said not to worry about it.

Buckskin had one too - we asked the vet to cut it off and he complied. However, he said that the "operation" was not essential to Bucky's health.

Looks like a sebaceous cyst that the vet could take care of easy peasy but other things look like that also. Worth to have a vet take a look at at but not an worth an ER visit IMO.

I tend to have everything checked and removed as soon as possible.

I would certainly, if you have time, you are going thru quite a lot, check with the vet.
