| 2012 Your Memories... Looking back over this past year...  ... ... My twin brothers heart surgery is behind us now...Paying it Forward & Random Acts of Kindness have become popular once again...Woody continues to brighten every day of my life My twin brother had to move out of the mountains because of his heart problems...I learned a good friend here on the board is battling cancer...we lost Andy Williams and Moon River The Fiscal Cliff... | Hmmmm..... Bad = The company I've worked at all my life went out of business. Like many others the past 4 years. I've lost coworkers who were as close as family - especially since we all spent more time together than we did with our families. So basically feels like getting stabbed in the heart and dismembered all at once. Good = Bertie came into our lives. He gave me a bad night yesterday (he got into kitty poop and was up every hour to go potty outside), but of course he made up for it between potty outings by curling up as close as he could to me with his nose tucked against my face. He's a sweet baby.

| Good: Helo didn't have any seizures this year. I went on some great vacations - - Northern California and the Oregon Coast, the trip to Wyoming and South Dakota, and my annual volunteer time at Best Friends in Kanab, Utah. I bought a new car. My 80 year old parents are doing very well. Bad: my sister has had health problems. We switched to a new computer system at work that has been pure hell. I traded in my beautiful little red convertible on the new car. It's really been a very good year! I hope next year is, too.

| The bad can be overlooked, at least until 2013. The good was both a new granddaughter (shown with my other granddaughter, who adores her)and a spiffy new car!

| Good= Got married; passed my dissertation proposals and preliminary exams; bought a house; new additions to my family (other people getting married & having children); our new Golden boy was born! Bad= Had to put Monte down July 18, 2012, right before our honeymoon; issues with husbands family and therefore, we are going into 2013 not on speaking terms with them; my grandmothers Alzheimer's has become quite advanced. I am looking forward to going into 2013. I have a lot of important things coming up and I can only hope that it'll be a good year filled with health, happiness, success and love! | The very bad: I lost my heart dog Fozzie Bear on July 14th to hemangio. I still miss him like crazy. The good: I finally found a part-time job after a 3-year search. My son is doing great in high school.
