a question about poop

i've searched the forum for "stiff" poop (something i never thought i'd say...) can i just say that i got alot hits off the search "poop" ive been weeding through them but I am having a tough time looking for the answer i need. sorry if this is a duplicate thread. I noticed today that chloe's poops are more stiff then usual and she takes more time to do her business. i dont think she is constipated. I wanted to ask what type of food should i give her to help her out. I was thinking pumpkin, carrots and some sardines?? any thoughts on this disgusting topic?

Carrots for sure! Pumpkin should help. Or maybe some unsalted green beans. Something with a lot of fiber, would be my best guess.

Cookie gets like that occasionally too. I always thought it was when she might not have gotten as much water as usual. It usually only lasts a day and then things are back to normal though.

For extra fiber though, Cookie loves if I fill a bone or kong with pumpkin or squash and freeze it.
