| Is Fenway a purebred or mixed? When I bought him as a puppy, I met both of his parents who were dark red goldens with kind of blocky heads. I do think he looks like a golden, but literally every other person who sees him asks me what he is mixed with. He recently got a haircut and I see he has a lot of excess skin on his neck. His face has always been a little blocky and wrinkly. I know there's no way for anyone to tell for sure, I'm wondering if anyone has an educated guess as to whether he's a unique looking purebred or a mix. Either way, in my biased opinion I think he is very adorable. |

| Looks Golden to me. Perhaps a bit overweight tough - maybe that's making him look more blocky? There's all sort of issues with shaving a dog. I take it this was required for medical reasons.

| Golden, very cute, I believe no golden looks exactly the same. It make them unique in there own way. |
