16 Week Old Puppy having Diarrhea at Night

Our 16 week old puppy has woken us up 2 nights in a row because she has had explosive Diarrhea in her kennel. Tonight I caught her just before and took her outside, but if i didn't come down any sooner she would have gone in her kennel again. I'm getting really concerned because something similar happened with her a month ago (we switched her food and it cleared up completely). The difference now is that she only has Diarrhea at night, and the rest of the time her stools are completely fine. We are currently feeding her Canidae All Life Stages Chicken and Rice formula and she seams to love it. She just got her 3rd set of shots on Saturday (including rabies) and this started the night after she received those. I am also thinking that this could be because she is breaking through some new teeth. We've talked to the vet and they seam to think that either option is possible, but if it continues any longer I am going to get fecal sample done, because seeing as this has happened twice in a month, i am getting highly concerned. Any Ideas?
Julia

My dogs third set of vaccinations and rabies shot gave her the runs as well, it took about a week to clear up.

We have been experiencing the same thing. Deke is 14 weeks. At least twice a week only at night. During the day fine. Fecal samples come back and all negative for bacteria. We are losing sleep staying up at night listening for the diarrhea. Help!

Wow, sorry I didn't even see this response! But I am sure you got everything under control with your puppy Golden922, but I actually found out that our girl is allergic to corn! There wasn't any in her food, but we bought some treats that had it as one of the main ingredients and that did it. Apparently this is a very common allergy among goldens!
