Getting ready for Intermediate Obedience graduation on Thursday is going to be a challenge with the snow, sleet, and rain headed our way for the next two days. As I noted in the previous thread, it will be judged like a competition. Right now, I'm trying to prepare for not being able to use treats for the testing. This, once again, involves carrying treats in mouth for training. I'll be doing that right up to the point where we enter the ring for testing, and cross my fingers that she thinks I'm still carrying them. It worked for the beginner graduation. I'm a little nervous this time. I was last time too. She should do well, but you never know! One thing I do know, is that it's unlikely that the others will be as well prepared.
