Layla:
Work on more consistent contacts
Tighter turns
Getting more speed off the startline
Qualify for 2014 AKC Agility Nationals
MACH
Possibly run USDAA at the performance level
CCA
More location work in preparation for her UD

Jade:
Continue a good foundation for agility
Have nice consistent running contacts by the end of the year
Introduce more agility obstacles as he physically matures
Continue field training (possible WC? JH?)
Debut in Rally
Continue training all levels of obedience
UKC conformation?

I try not to make goals that involve deadlines because I don't want to be showing for the wrong reasons. Most of all, we smile and have tons of fun. No matter what happens, I am so thankful for healthy and happy dogs. It is not at all about the titles, but the journey that takes us there! Life with Goldens is one big party. My dogs think training and trialing is a BLAST because it SHOULD be that way!

I want to keep Titan healthy and happy..Mighty.... well he is a work in progress..lol..
Oh and keep Titan's date for later in the year with a pretty little MACH girl... which should keep Titan a happy boy at least..lol! Not much other goals....just having fun with the boys and allowing Mighty plenty of time to grow up..

Buddy: Adult Obedience 2 at Petco (my dogs really like the trainer there), CGC, and hopefully P-AT! I want to have him certified and start making visits around May or June. I also want to start agility by the end of the year.

Hiro: Basically the same list My boys are attached at the hip!

Me: Get better at clicker training! Build a dog-mansion And stay in San Diego because they love it here. Hopefully the Navy will be agreeable.

My big goal for 2013 is puppies! Keep your fingers crossed.

The rest is to keep having fun with agility. I would like to finish Barley's PACH and another MACH for Mira. I am working on better contacts and getting better on my timing with front crosses. Also need to get those weave entries back up, we have not been practicing as much. Tough onside weave entries have been a weak point recently.

Flip: to get some consistent stays in open trials.

Conner: stay in good enough condition and health to play in the new classes coming out in July.

Myself: Exercise the dogs more often

Oh boy, this will keep my overachieving self accountable. What a great idea!

For Kea (and me):
1. Titles, titles, titles - finish up the last leg of RN, start working on RA and CD
2. Try out some agility for fun now that she'll be 2 in April
3. For me: Continue to improve upon my conformation handling skills (i.e., stacking!), and attend a few fun matches
3.a. Back to the breed ring when Kea's coat comes back after recent false pregnancy
4. Get Kea's CCA
5. Start therapy dog work
6. Continue working with our breed mentor to determine Kea's potential to contribute something to the breed, which will bring with it lots and lots of research on potential stud dogs
7. Enjoy every second I can loving my girl. No matter how much time we have with them, it will never be enough...

Get the last leg for SH. Continue to train for Finished and Master.
Clean up my end of the leash so we can make a run at CD.

For Tiny....to keep her healthy enough and feeling well enough to turn 16 in March!

For Tito....I'd like to get his MXP and MJP titles this year. Also to continue to train for finished/master, but I'm not putting a time frame on when we'll be ready to enter the tests, I don't want that kind of pressure on myself. We'll just take it as it comes.

Tally- I would like to repeat his RAE to go to the 2nd national, prioritize him and learning how to do open/cdx, bc we don't have a trainer here who does it, and finish his TD.

Finn, I would like to keep him healthy and social, make him the special dog to go to bday parties and extended family events to enjoy his time with him.

Lushie- my goal is to make the first cut at Westminster this year, so that if next year or the year after there is a good judge for us, we will have a little experience behind us. I would like her to have a safe, easy time with Gunner pups if she passes her final clearances this week, and I would like to do her rally titles with her. I am chewing on SDHF, but leaning away from it as a goal.

Copley- to give more time to his therapy dog work, and finish up his CD.
