After I lost Phoenix this year at only two years old, two incredible friends came together to do a very special breeding for me. It was a very highly sought-after competition breeding, especially for boys, but there was only one boy in this litter (and three girls), like he was meant just for me. So please meet Sunsplash Especially For Me "Jackson"
I've been able to visit him 5 times already and next week he comes home :--heart:
Congratulations on your new pup! This is perhaps a bittersweet time for you in some respects, but your pup is lovely and I'm so glad you're able to move forward with him.
Speaking from personal experience, I can tell you that the new journey isn't always easy, but it does help.
What an adorable baby. Love the name. Congratulations Jodie! Wishing you and Jackson a long and happy journey and he surpasses all of your dreams. Can't wait to read all about this journey.
Congratulations! What a sweet puppy face Jackson has. I can't wait to hear all of the puppy stories. I know from experience that a new puppy can help to heal the hole left in our heart when we lose one of our special dogs and I hope that you and Jackson have MANY happy years together
Congratulations!!! Jackson is gorgeous. I lost a golden girl at a very early age also. It is so hard. But the heart makes room for more love Can't wait to hear more about him.
Beautiful Jackson! So happy for you... I just lost my Gracey and my heart is broken...reading stories of new love helps...I hope one day soon to be able to honor Graceys' life in earnest by raising a GR service puppy for veterans... it will be her legacy, my solace and a very healing, rewarding experience to give back from the unconditional love that my girl gave me during her 9 years...
