It's been almost one year, his first birthday is February 3rd. But this is the first time I've ever owned a dog and I have to say I did a good job picking a golden over any other dog.

The first day I got him was the most exciting day EVER! I'm 20 and I still live at home, it was like raising a baby and that's exactly what he is, just like my child. He's my whole world! I'm so happy I picked a golden retriever. He's perfect. He's developed such an amazing personality, and he was SO easy to train. (thank goodness!) Over the past year, he's only pooped in my house twice!!!!

At first he wasn't sure who was the boss, and it was so hard to be strict with him because he's just so darn cute! He's my best friend and he literally NEVER leaves my side. Just wanted to share that picking a golden was the best decision I've ever made.
