That seems like a great idea! Rainheart, I just noticed you live in Winc. I lived there in the 80'S, went to JWHS. But moved to martinsburg and graduated from there. I have so many great memories of that time and place!

3 months is still pretty young to be completely housebroke. Obviously she's well on her way but give her another couple months before becoming concerned. Hank was easy to house train and somewhat trust-worthy at 3 mos. but I still kept him off the carpeted areas, unless I was right there, until probably 6 mos.

I laughed about the walking and urinating. I had a rottie Xena that needed to walk while she pooped. I had to pooper scoop a long trail of mess...LOL

We have actually done this. The problem is not so much with the pee. She has almost got that down with the exception of a few accidents a week. Its the refusing to poop outside part. A lot of the time she will go in the morning and then not go all day until before dinner or a few hours after dinner. Its pretty much completly unpredictable. For the most part the only time she does go outside is when we are away from home on a walk. Which isn't very often since where we live its pretty much nothing but pouring rain for 9 months a year.

Does she know any commands for eliminating? When I first got Sasha, right away I would take her outside, tell her to "go pee pee" over and over until she finally went. While she was going I would say "good pee-pee outside!" and alternate that with "hurry up!" Since her peeing time isn't long, I might be able to say each phrase twice.

Then, if I knew it theoretically was time to poop (we stay outside with her for 10 minutes minimum every time she goes out), I switch to "go poo-poo" and "hurry up" and then praise her while she's actually pooping and alternating the praise with hurry up.

It's taken from the day we got her until now, but she really seems to be getting it. Not to the point of going on command, but instead of standing outside for 20 minutes waiting for her to do number 2, we're done with both (if she has to do both) in 10 minutes or less. And I still say all phrases since I assume she won't be completely housebroken for QUITE a long while.

Also, we use really high value treats. Our choice for bathroom breaks since they're so often are 1/4" cubes of freeze dried liver or the Zuke's mini naturals. Good luck!
