Do I buy fish oil or other vitamins for my puppy at the pet store? Where do you get them?

I get them wherever they are on sale. My last bottle of vitamins came from CVS during their buy one get one free sale. I find the pet stores are heavily marked up for the same thing, especially fish oil. I got 400 pills at CVS for $20 regular price but to get 250 pills of the same thing at petsmart is $45 easily.

Thanks! I was hoping it would be that simple.

I always double check the measurements before i buy it, so i know what's in it. Some human-grade supplements have additives or additional vitamins.

I buy mine at costco- The kirkland brand sometimes and then others it is whatever is on sale. I can get at least 500 of pills for about $15.

Don't know about the vitamins. But we also get the fish oil capsules at Costco.

From advice that I got here, I buy the 1200 mg capsules. They go on sale 1/2 off all the time at Meijer I wrap American cheese around it and he eats it up.

We buy our fish oil from a company here in town. It is made locally. www.yummiechummies.com They are not made in China. The oil comes from our large supply of local salmon. My dogs get 4 pumps on their food each time I feed them. The dogs love it.

Yummie Chummies also makes wonder (but smelly) treats. I use them for bait when I do conformation and obedience work. Gets their attention every time!

I just give him the fish oil but I'm still a novice when it comes to what supplements to use.
