no matter how long the lead is before we go out to play/train/walk or do 'chores'--the most interesting spot for Lucy is one foot beyond the end of the leash!! Choke collar is coming soon

I thought that with isla but she didn't respond to the choke collar. We use a halti but shes even pulling on that now

Lucy does ok on the easy walk halter--but not on a regular collar--should have a video cam on her when we are out but couldn't hold it still!!

If he is pulling that much, putting a choke collar on him will only do exactly that, "choke" him, and possibly do damage to his trachea. Try a martingale style collar instead, at least it will tighten only a certain amount and not continue to tighten if he continues to pull.
