| Loki was given a bath yesterday ....to celebrate five months of life .....no, actually because it was a very hot day & he needed it. He's never quite sure if baths are good things, or not so good things lol, but he looks as if he is enjoying them more than he used to. He tries to drink the bath water, frothing with shampoo! I wish he was big enough to climb into the bath tub! He weighed 53lbs two weeks ago, so will be heavier now, & I have to lift him up & over ...twice. Not great for my back, so I think I will bath him in his outdoor pools from now on ...over the hot summer at least. I'm guessing that Brew is an adult? How cute to find him in the bath. Shame you did not have your camera handy. |

| That's awesome...lol! I've yet to have a dog that likes baths, mine always just tolerated them. Hoping Sage likes hers as I have a feeling looking at all the muddy pics here, that Golden's just like mud more than my Cocker's did. |

| No problem getting Woody in the tube, thankfully, but I always get "the look" once he's in there...he'd much rather be in a lake or stream or at least something worth while like a mud puddle. ![]() Pete

| LOL, My girl Keltey does the same thing....just randomly goes and pushes the shower curtains out of the way and gets in there. I attached a few pictures...taken at different times. The one you'll notice the tub is full of water...that's because I was going to have a bath, went down the hall to get a towel and came back to find Miss Keltey standing in the tub of water splashing around . Had to go get my camera and take a picture ![]() Never a dull moment |

| ha ha ha!! Love the pictures!! Some goldens sure are water dogs! My Aunt had a Newfie (who just passed away) and he loved the water so much, he would see a puddle and run up to it lay down in it, and not kidding, when he'd get back up the puddle would be GONE! He was such a great old guy. He will be missed. One of my favorite things about him was that everything he did was in slow motion.

| So funny!! I love the look on her face when the bath is full of water. It looks like she is saying "What do you mean this water isn't for me??"
