Our Golden Girl found us 4 years ago. For the last 6 months I have been looking at breeders but never really seriously. In the mean time I have volunteered with our local Golden rescue. Seen dogs and puppies come and go. Until yesterday. Our new puppy found us. I still have to go through the motions and apply to adopt him but we are smitten!
He is just shy of 4 months old, was called "Barney" and the rescue calls him "Nick". While I don't find "Nick" to be a bad name, my daughters are favoring "Duke". Any other suggestions?
