I am such a proud mama, my little boy is getting so big I can't believe it. where did it all go? Where did my little tiny itsy bitsy boy go? my little chubby furball. The pup who was afraid of the leash and collar is no longer afraid, instead he is becoming a young adult who wags his tail in joy whenever he sees that same leash and collar. The puppy who would act deaf to certain commands is finally starting to understand . I just had to share with you guys the joy of how great of a dog chester is truly becoming.

Today we decided to give chester a test of staying out while no one was home (he was gated in the hallway), we were gone for at least 3 hours and I will be the first to admit I was hesitant to leave him out. I swore there would be poop or pee and instead not one single mistake. He even knocked the gate down and was out in the entire house the whole time he truly surprised me. This incident today made me think about how much he has grown, and how much of a headache he has given me but I am truly starting to see the better half of it.

I think it's beautiful how you see Chester's progress and celebrate it. We are so lucky to love and appreciate our Goldens. I feel this same appreciation of Chance. It's been 7+ years so far and the love I have for him grows every day.

yes they grow extremely fast. I remember my first post of Chester's pic's everyone was saying how fast they grow and how fast they grow into their feet and I didn't believe it but now I see why haha.

Thanks Joyce =) haha Chester wishes he had his own remote. He doesn't bother even chewing on them so I don't have to hide them. However he does like to chew on that blanket behind him now that one i have to hide.
