Maddie just got her stitches out from her spaying on Thursday. She was free and clear to run and jump. And she has.

Today we took her on her regular walk and let her rip. After about five minutes, we saw another dog and decided to let them play.

It had been raining and so was muddy out. The lab slipped a bit as they were running and Maddie crunched into him. Maddie yelped and held her paw up. So sad.

I told the man that it was not his fault (as he was concerned) that it was just an accident. We had to carry Maddie out as she was still hurting.

Looks like it was just hyper-extended, she is fine now. But it was a scare.
