I know I am constantly posting pictures of Diesel but I am amazed at how quickly he changes! He lays down to take a nap and wakes up more a dog than a puppy.... It just amazes me. I took these this morning. He was engrossed in Animal Planet ☺
So cute! I agree they grow too fast. Today I measured Bentley so I could make him a coat. I swear he already outgrew it and I haven't even started sewing yet

such a good looking dog--and how true it is on the speed of growth--Lucy(4months)just looked at climbing into my lap and decided it wasn't big enuf for the both of us<lol>
We have given him 2 socks, one of mine and one of my boyfriends, and it seems to have quenched his sock thirst! He leaves the others alone..... For now at least ?
Diesel is a HANDSOME boy. I know exactly what you mean. Last night I was looking at Chance sleeping soundly on his bed (we had a very active day) and pondered - for quite a while - where the 7 years have gone since we brought the little 8 week old fluff ball home.
I have loved every single day of my life with Chance. I wish I could turn back the clock so he would be 5 months again and I would have another 7 years. All we can do is love them and cherish each moment we have them with us.
They do grow so quickly the first year, you see them grow and change everyday. They change from an adorable pup to a handsome or beatuiful golden before your very eyes.
It's been a really really long time since I've had a pup, my bridge boy that passed 2/2011 was my last pup, he was 15.5 when we said good bye to him.
The two Goldens I currently have were adopted at age 2. My girl will be 8 next month. I am wondering where the time went and when was it that she got the mask on her face which tells me she is now a Senior.
oh wow! he's so big and only 5 months! it amazes me how fast they grow. right now me and my boyfriend have a 4 month old and a 2 month old and the size difference is crazy! and the size difference between your boy and our 4 month old is crazy.. what only a months difference will make!
Here's a picture just to emphasize the craziness. I'd love to just line up a whole bunch of them by month to see the difference lol - unbelievable!
P.S. careful with the socks! one of my breeders dogs almost had to have emergency surgery because he ate a sock don't want any blocked intestines
