Peeing so much

Remy is now 3 1/2 months and is constantly peeing almost every half hour during the day but holds it 7 hours at night in his crate. I don't give him huge amounts of water during the day and stop water after his dinner. Is this normal for a male puppy? Izzy was not like this.

His sister, Gabby can hold her urine for at least four hours when she is in a run at my work. However, today in my house, this AM, she wanted to pee almost every 15 minutes.. She was more active and drinking water. Now, she is sleeping and hasn't been out for over an hour... Activity influences peeing... as does water consumption...

He is sleeping under my chair now and he is fine. As soon as he starts moving around, he needs to pee.
