You know? It's the weirdest thing. We had our Yellow Lab (RIP), Sophie, for 10 years. In that 10 years, I never heard her fart...not once. I smelled plenty of them, but they were always the SBD's (silent but deadly's).

Our pup, Aspen, farts all the time. Farts loudly all the time. It's the funniest thing! I thought my hubby was bad, but she's got him beat, lol. They're so loud, that sometimes they scare her..she can't seem to figure out where that noise is coming from. At least I know it's a good time to take her out to try and poop, lol. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this just a puppy thing, or are we in for a lifetime of noisy flatulence?

The funny thing is...my hubby really wanted an English Bulldog. I shot him down, saying, "I don't want a dog that lays around and farts all day." Well, I guess I got one anyway.

Mick is the silent type. Let's one loose then kindly gets up and goes into another room. I swear that sometimes he ate pepperoni and beans all day.

Tucker rarely farts, when he does, its silent.

Reece on the other hand is NOT a lady AT ALL.

She doesn't do it all the time but occasionally she'll eat something and has the loudest grossest farts you'll ever here... like long squeeky ones that go "eeeeEEEEEEEEE" haha.

Cracks me up!! When I had my two on Eukanuba as pups they would toot all the time. Hubby called them the "Walking Farts"!

Now they only practice dainty SBD's but can clear a room in a heartbeat. Kye even has the sense to get up and move to another spot, like "Here Mom, go wash this"!

Darby does it too. She turns and sniffs and then leaves the scene of the crime

chloe use to have the stinkiest and noisest farts as a puppy! they were so loud that they would wake her up from a nap! she would look around to see where the noise came from and see that I would be the only one in the room. she would give me a dirty look and go back to sleep.
