Puppy too perfect?

So now that we have had Phoebe for 2 weeks we are starting to get used to her and her us. I was just wondering if there might be something wrong with her health. She sleeps whenever we are in the car, she doesn't bark when we leave the room, she plays with her toys and doesn't chew anything she shouldn't, doesn't pull on the leash, comes when called, knows verbal and hand signals. She sleeps in het crate all night and in the morning she is worse then a teenager to get up. She goes for 3-4 walks which are always off leash, and then a good hour or 2 at the dog park where she plays very nicely with the other dogs.
My problem is, she is always sleeping, she is always calm, not afraid of anything, she lets us know when she wants to go out for a pee. I know a tired dog is a good dog but am i tiring her out too much? Or could there be something wrong? Maybe she will hit her puppy rebelious stage soon?
Not complaining, just wondering as so many other people have horrible biting issues and such.

It sounds like you have a calm, sane dog.

I don't think anyone here can possibly help you unless you post some pictures. quickly.

Is her poop ok, not runny? eating, drinking fine? How much exercise do you give her? What is her age?

Looking forward to other answers...and pictures too of course!

I would count yourself lucky. If she is eating and pooping good I would say that she is healthy.

Sounds like she is a very good puppy and on top of it you are doing all the right things for her. We picked our Bailey because when we went to choose she was SO CALM. It is just her personality. She sounds similar and I have to laugh because I keep saying to my husband "Are you sure something isn't wrong? She seems too good!"

Sounds like you are stimulating her and exercising her enough to keep her good.

Just be careful, a young puppy should not go for long walks, it is bad for there growing joints.

She doesn't go for long walks, that is why she has 3-4 short ones. But at the dog park she plays then grabs a stick and rests for a while then plays some more

I like Homeward Bounds rating of goldens - 1 = couch potato to 4 = constant activity. It sounds like you got a 1! Lucky you!

Available Goldens
