I keep telling myself I have to stick strictly to the current year vs pulling out my favorite pics going back to that first week that Jacks joined our family... but I can't help myself. LOL. I'll stick strictly to the past year next year.

Long video, pictures are not necessarily in exact order.... but they are all a celebration of my adored one's life which is notching one year more that he's been in our life.

So in honor of his birthday - give your dogs an extra hug tomorrow. Jacks insists on giving them all a special treat too. I told him a hug is a treat, but he emphatically said that treats go inside not around.

Be happy that he's not insisting on everyone giving their dogs that VERY special treat of their own puppy to chew on. *coughs* He started to suggest exactly that, but I reminded him that not all grown up goldens out there - and 5 is VERY DEFINITELY all grown up - like chewing on living things. He was shocked and tried to point out the puppy as an example of something that likes chewing on living things. I told him that was COMPLETELY different.

It worked for me but I also right clicked and opened the video in a new window to play it directly from Youtube.

Happy birthday, Jacks. Looks like you had a great year - plenty of places to swim, car rides, friends to play with, snow to run in, ribbons to celebrate you accomplishements, you very own puppy to lead (astray ?!) ,and a comfy sofa to lounge on. Wishing you many more of the same, sweetie - well perhaps except the pupppy because one every year would be very tiring indeed.

The princesses agree with you, real treats go in, not around but your shared birthday hugs will be duly delivered anyway.
