I just had to share some of these gorgeous shots I took of Ori and Jas this afternoon.

My brand new iPhone 4S is two weeks old today - and I'm obsessed with my KitCam app for it. You can change lenses to give different filters, give them borders, and well...more than I can to on my Kodak Easyshare C813. Now, I'm not the best photographer. In fact, before this phone, you couldn't even trust me to take a decent photo of a rock, but this cam...it makes me look like a professional who went professional! At least in my opinion compared to my results before. I'm absolutely delighted.

So, begins the gorgeous photo shoot I managed to snap the furkids in. They had fun, and I had a blast! Even if it was only the backyard. You can also annoyingly see Ori's coat blowing for summer. Which is really the only issue with these pics. They look like his rib-lines irritatingly enough...until someone pets him and realizes he just looks like he hasn't been brushed in a month - which still gets me horrified looks.

They should try petting Jasmine...she has it worse and you can't even *see* hers! Lol.

Note: the resolution is higher, but I resized them to fit the thread...they're in much higher quality and resolution than what you see here.

Ori: "I see you over there taking pictures. Go away."
Jasmine: "What's that? Food?"


Ori: "Oh who cares! Just make sure you get my good side!"
Jasmine: "Camera! Hi mom!"


Jasmine: "Mom says you're supposed to be having fun!"


"Can I have my treat now?"


"Hi there. I still want my treat..."


"Pfft. I know you love me, who couldn't? I'm adorable."


"She may be adorable, but I'm an angel!"


And finally...

"Fine, I'm a lert. I'm making the sounds a lert makes. Whatever that is."


Oh yeah, please ignore those two photos where um...Ori's "bits" are showing. I didn't even notice it until I uploaded and previewed them on the thread.

Sort of, I just upload them onto tinypic from my computer just to get the codes when I need them. Each time I go back it still remembers my last three uploaded via cookie, so I guess that might count?

I did think about setting up a new Photobucket in case something ever happens though - I'd lose a ton of photos if my external hard-drive and computer both crashed. I lost a lot of Ori's puppy pics when I lost my last computer. It was a sad day.

And thank you all. You might see a lot more photos from now on, given that I'm practically obsessed with this new phone and KitCam app.

Sonny, the black lab, ran ahead to make sure there were no gophers or jackrabbits in the way. If you don't give a dog a specific job, he'll improvise one for himself and it will invariably be fun. There's a lesson there.
