Spoiled Dog's Field Day

^ I put the bells on - just in case there were guys with guns out there and we went forth.

He of course insisted on leading the way...

We weren't the only ones out there... there were deer, horses, other dogs... people....

^ I was behind him telling him to wait up and let the complete strangers enjoy their jog...

As much as he wanted to tag along and get more attention from complete strangers...

Rear view of the lope.

His fur's getting in the way, but that' just one foot on the ground...

Spoiled Dog heard a little secret whisper from his mom about a something or other that is 8.5 weeks old. Depending on how things work out...

His mom is tickled imagining the winter ahead with Spoiled Dog and Spoiled Dog Jr.... maybe.

I had a good chit chat and am waiting for pics and seeing what will follow....

Instead of Spoiled Dog sharing his mom with somebody else, maybe she's going to be the one sitting back and enjoying the sight of two golden dogs running in golden fields. Maybe.

If it works out...

It will be a happy thing.

Somebody will make a great big brother.

Oh! And for whatever it is worth - I am so happy to be the owner of a dog who has zero interest in nomming poop of any kind. The field path we followed for a couple hours today - horse poop every 20 feet practically. Previous dogs would have been indecisive as to whether to roll or nom first.

I have to admit that getting pics and arranging meeting dates is scaring the heck out of me! It's time, but eek. o_O

Beautiful pics, and I sure Spoiled Dog, will gladly teach Spoiled Dog Jr., how to be a wonderfully spoiled dog!

Here's another pic to go all soppy about... different boy.

One thing is for sure is that I'll stop hemming and hawing about joining the one training club. If I'm training 2 dogs, I'll do whatever for the discounts. From the looks of it, these puppies will be the same color as Jacks when they grow up. Which would be just adorable.
